This website was established to provide resources and material for the study of Bessie Head’s When Rain Clouds Gather.   In preparing to teach this novel to my IGCSE class, I quickly discovered that there are few sites and resources available that assist in helping the students to deepen their understanding of the novel.  While I am by no means an expert or an authority on the book or Bessie Head, I thought I could at least share what I am doing in my own classes.
